Theme Unit: Ocean and Continents

Local Teacher's Aide: Please scroll down to find the centers for each day of the week. If you are not following the AMP schedule, then when helping your student accomplish these tasks remember to insert physical activity or free play time at least after every three centers (but it is okay to do it after each center, your call).

Monday:
Theme Unit Center 1: Read  Land forms Article to Student.
Theme Unit Center 2:  The student will write facts about land forms.
Theme Unit Center 3:  The student will fill in the land forms can, have, and are chart
Theme Unit Center 4:  The student will write about and draw land forms.

 Tuesday:
Theme Unit Center 1: Read  Ocean continent lap book to Student.
Theme Unit Center 2:  The student will write facts about the oceans and continents.
Theme Unit Center 3:  The student will fill in the chart what an ocean can, have, and are chart
Theme Unit Center 4:  The student will write about and draw oceans.

Wednesday:
Theme Unit Center 1: Read  Ocean continent lap book to Student.
Theme Unit Center 2:  The student will compare and contrast land forms..
Theme Unit Center 3:  The student will fill in the chart what different land forms  can, have, and are.
Theme Unit Center 4:  The student will write about and draw land forms.
 Encourage independent writing.

Thursday:
Theme Unit Center 1: Read  Land form book  to Student.
Theme Unit Center 2:  The student will match land forms to their definitions. 
Theme Unit Center 3:  The student will study land form definitions.
Theme Unit Center 4:  The student will write about and draw land forms.

Friday:
Theme Unit Center 1: Read  Land Form book.
Theme Unit Center 2:  The student will complete assessment on land forms.
Theme Unit Center 3:  The student will write about and draw the oceans and continents.
