Programs

We have three programs: The Academic Program, The Extended Day Program, The Intersession Day Camps.

There are rolling admissions and students are accepted at the start of any term when there is space. Summer begins in July/August. Fall begins in October. Winter begins in January. Spring begins in April. Students should be at least 4 within 2 weeks of when they first start.

Who Can Enroll?

We admit all similarly qualified students to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities of our school (all Federally-protected status applicants are welcomed). Our administration of educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship/loan programs, athletic programs and other school-administered programs is based on scholarly merit and observed behaviors aligned with school culture.
Competitive areas, by definition, screen on related skill levels.
Our process tests for the level that the student currently demonstrates competence.

Where one starts is just that, where the beginning is. It is not sufficient to remain at that level. All students must make progress from that level to remain in the program. If no significant progress has been made in 18 months, then a student is counseled into an academic program better suited for their needs.
Placement of students into a class is based on the expertise of the faculty and staff of Renaissance Prep only.
